ORDER
The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.26 of 2025 on the file of the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, through online in E-Filing No.LTN20240002603C202500039 on 19.01.2026. However, it has not been taken on file.
3. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
