ORDER

The petitioner has given a complaint dated 22.01.2022. He wants this Court to direct the respondent Police to take action thereon. Filing of the present writ petition is misconceived. The petitioner is very much having adequate remedies under Cr.P.C., and he can move the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. With this liberty to the petitioner, Writ Petition is disposed of. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. No costs.
