2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 08/12/2015 made in Crl.OP (MD)No.23260/2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
