2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 21/01/2017 onwards and the investigation has been completed and the final report also filed.

3.Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
