2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 09/01/2017 onwards and the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in all the three cases.

3. Since there is no adverse remarks in complying the earlier condition imposed by this Court, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders.
