ORDER
The petitioner complains of harassment at the hands of the second respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's son aged 17 years, is being harassed by the respondent police.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.160 of 2019 for offences under Sections 406, 420 and 379 IPC, in which the petitioner is arrayed as A1. The petitioner's son is not harassed by the respondent police.
5. The Statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Inasmuch as the case has been registered against the petitioner, the Investigating Officer is directed to investigate the matter strictly in accordance with law. At no point of time, the Investigating Officer shall resort to any extra legal methods. During the course of investigation, there shall not be harassment of the petitioner's minor son Maheswaran aged 17 years. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
