PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 300 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 357, 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.300 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier two anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court after going through 164 statement that was recorded from the victim boy. There are no change in circumstances and hence, this petition also stands dismissed.
