ORDER
The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondents.

2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the O.S.No.72 of 2002 pending before the Subordinate Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District.
3. The request of the petitioner is reasonable. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2002, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, Sivagangai District, to dispose O.S.No.72 of 2002 preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
