JUDGMENT

************** [Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH, J.] The present Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD)No.14600 of 2023 dated 30.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that he would file an independent Writ Petition challenging the proceedings, whereby the proposal for promotion was negatived. Such a liberty is granted.

3. The only clarification sought for in the present Appeal is whether the interim order would continue even after the writ petition was 2/4

finally dismissed or whether the interim order would merge with the final order. In our view, it would be appropriate, such a clarification should be sought for only before the same learned Single Judge.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed with liberty to the appellants to file a Review Application within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
