RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M. and 5.30 P.M.until further orders in Crl.OP(MD) No.22741/2022 dt.22/12/2022 in Crime no.161/2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22741 of 2022, dated 22.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22741 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil on 15.02.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate, without fail.
