2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 06.02.2017 onwards.

3. Since there is no adverse remarks in complying the condition

imposed by this Court, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate once in 15 days i.e., on the first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
