Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the order in Na.Ka.No.44/Ka.Thu.Ka/ThiliUrakam/2021 dated 03.02.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to conduct Kabadi competition scheduled to be held on 20.02.2021 and 21.02.2021 conducted by Prabhakaran Kabadi Club at Ramayanpatti Panchayat Office Campus in Ramayanpatti, Tirunelveli District within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
