2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner, is modified as follows:

"The petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., at 10:30 a.m. on the 1st of every month until further orders.".
