ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 153(A) and 506 (ii) IPC in Crime No.149 of 2015 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the defacto complainant, the accused have uploaded the statement against one community promoting enmity between the two communities.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely roped in this case. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has not sent any message as alleged by the defacto complainant and due to communal rivalry, the petitioner is implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that due to the message uploaded by the petitioner tension is prevailing in Virudhunagar area and police picketing is also posted.

5. Considering the submissions, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Salem and report before Asthampatti Police Station daily twice i.e at 10.00 a.m and 5.00p.m until further orders. 6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate
