The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction against the Respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the Petitioner based on the complaint of the 4th Respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the Respondent No. 2, would submit that the wife of the 4th Respondent has given a complaint based on which CSR No.47 of 2024 was registered and after investigation, it was found that there is money dispute. Based on the Circular of the Director General of Police, Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai-4 in Rc.No.892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021, the Respondent No.2 had closed the enquiry in CSR No.47 of 2024.

4. In view of the submission of Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed. No costs.
