ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 302, 307 @ 147, 148, 120(B), 109, 307, 302 r/w 149 IPC in Crime No.506 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public appearing for the State.

3. This is second anticipatory bail petition and the first anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23154 of 2014 was dismissed as withdrawn on 06.01.2015. The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner and other accused in this case belong to one community and in order to avenge the death of a member of the other community, they have committed the murder of one Muthupandi. The confession of the co-accused clearly implicates this petitioner inasmuch as this petitioner had engineered the murder of Muthupandi in order to avenge the death of his father.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet also filed.

5. However, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the following cases are pending against this petitioner, namely, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1. Sanarpatti Police Station in Crime No.172 of 2010 under Sections 304(A) IPC @ 302 IPC @ 364, 302 r/w 120(b) IPC (A2)

2. Thadikombu Police Station in Crime No.480 of 2010 under Section 25(1)(a) Arms Act (A1)

3. Thadikombu Police Station in Crime No.463 of 2012 under Sections 3, 4 of Explosive Substances Act @ 120 IPC, 9(b), J(b) r/w 3,4 of Explosive Substances Act (A1)

4. Dindugal Taluk Police Station in Crime No.500 of 2012 under Section 397 IPC (A1)

5. Dindugal Town North Police Station in Crime No.198 of 2013 under Sections 147, 148, 341, 247, 307 IPC r/w 3 of Explosive Substances Act.

6. Ammayanayakknoor Police Station in Crime No.102 of 2014 under Sections 147, 148, 341, 307 IPC r/w 3,4,5 of Explosive Substances Act.

6. In view of the previous antecedents of this petitioner and also seriousness of the offences, this is not fit case to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
