Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on completion of trial, charge sheet has been laid in C.C.No.110 of 2016.

3. Considering the fact that charge sheet has been laid in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ C.C.No.110 of 2016, the conditions already imposed on the petitioner are relaxed and he shall report before the Trial Court regularly on

all dates of hearing, without fail.

4. The trial Court is directed to complete the proceedings on a day-to-day basis without adjourning the matter beyond ten working days at any point of time and the petitioner shall co-operate with the trial.
