O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by a retired employee of the respondent Transport Corporation seeking a Mandamus to implement 4% of dearness allowance and pay the difference gratuity amount and earned leave salary along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum, on the basis of representation dated 13.11.2024.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner had retired as a Technical Level - 6 employee on 31.03.2023. The dearness allowance of 4% has to be implemented on January 2023, but it was implemented only on May 2023. He had voluntarily retired on 31.03.2023 and he was not disbursed with the 4% of dearness allowance. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has sent a representation to the respondents on 13.11.2024, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
