PRAYER in W.P.(MD) No.3034 of 2021:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to permit petitioner to participate in the tender process for Maintenance of Public Toilet in Central Bus Stand at Pudukkottai by remitting deposit of Rs.7,79,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs and Seventy Nine Thousand Only).
