ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had been summoned by the Respondents 1 and 2, based on the complaint of the third Respondent. Therefore, this petition is filed seeking direction against the Respondent Police not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint of the third Respondent, the case was taken as current paper in G5/5309/E-6404456/2023 dated 28.12.2023. Thereafter, enquiry was conducted and based on the enquiry, the current paper was closed on 06.02.2024.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
