Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

3. Time for complying with the conditions ordered by this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2508 of 2016, dated 16.02.2016 is extended by two weeks, from the date on which the order copy is made ready, subject

to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the Caretaker, Creche, attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready and also directed to produce the receipt before the lower Court, failing which, this order shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
