2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioners have failed to make out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence, hence we are of the opinion that it is

not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.

5. Post the criminal appeal in the usual course for final hearing.
