Crl.M.P(MD)Nos.2320 and 2323 of 2023 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.23298 and 23318 of 2022, dated 28.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on the first and third Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5.With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
