RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners in CRl.O.P.(MD)No.17622 of 2016 dated 19.09.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.KARUNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on completion of trial, charge sheet has been laid in C.C.No.34 of 2016.

3. Considering the fact that charge sheet has been laid in C.C.No.34 of 2016, the conditions already imposed on the petitioners are relaxed and they shall report before the Trial Court regularly on all dates of hearing, without fail.

4. The trial Court is directed to complete the proceedings on a day-to-day basis without adjourning the matter beyond ten working days at any point of time and the petitioners shall co-operate with the trial.
