PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to give police protection to the life members of the petitioner's association and their men/property/materials i.e. their trucks, cylinders and their own drivers at the Ex-Trichy Bottling Plant of IOCL at Inamkulathur for peaceful loading and transport of LPG cylinder from the plant to the LPG distributors and also give police protection from the illegal activities of 13 drivers mentioned in the Peace Committee Meeting report dated 12.09.2015 and other members of the CITU, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2015 pending on the file of the fourth respondent Inamkulathur police station.
