ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police are harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint was preferred by the fourth respondent and the same is being enquired in current paper. He further submitted that summon was issued to both parties and petition enquiry was conducted and it was closed on 18.03.2019. He added that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner and they have no intention to harass her.

5. The statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for the present to adjudicate in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
