This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner club namely M/S.Amman Recreation Club, Based on the representation dated 22.01.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the third respondent for consideration.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 22.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry. 2/4
