OP. 15426 of 2016 dated 30.08.2016 before the Learned 1st Additional District and Session cum PCR Court, Tiruchirappalli, Trichy district under the SC/ST act and to consider of the bail application on the surrender connection with Cr. NO. 257 of 2016 pending investigation on the file of the respondent on merit on the same day .

in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15426/2016 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANESH PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side),for the Respondent, this court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to surrender the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15426 of 2016 dated 30.08.2016 before the learned Ist Additional District and Session cum PCR Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of cost of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
