ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2018 and to file the final report before the competent Court within the time limit as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 09.03.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondents submitted that the respondent Police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of eight weeks.

5.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
