ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.37 of 2017 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Tuticorin, as against the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court now directs the respondent police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the third respondent in C.C.No.37 of 2017 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Tuticorin, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If third respondent could not be traced, the respondent police is directed to inform the Magistrate about the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
