ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose his complaint dated 23.01.2026.

2.The sum and substance of the complaint is that the fourth respondent herein has kidnapped a minor girl. The said girl, namely Nagajothi, has appeared before this Court and submitted that she is 24 years old and she is staying with the said fourth respondent on her own volition.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
