2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has to furnish the surety to the satisfaction of " the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur". But in paragraph No.5 of the order dated 09.10.2015, it was wrongly mentioned as "the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur".

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4. Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections.

5. Time is extended for a period of one week from the date on which the order copy made ready.
