This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider petitioners representation dated 03.01.2025 and enquire the same in an accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation was already considered and closed as civil in nature.

3.At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that there are some allegations to constitute the cognizable offences. However, they closed the complaint without conducting an enquiry.

4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider her representation and the same was already considered and closed, it is for the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law, if she is aggrieved.
