This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to take necessary action and delete the petitioner's name from History Sheet No. 271/2015, based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2026.

2. According to the petitioner he was a History Sheeter in HS.No. 271 of 2015. According to the third respondent, the petitioner is not a history-sheeter as per their official records.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed. However, if the 4th respondent continues to maintain the petitioner's name as a history-sheeter, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Principal Bench.
