ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a writ of mandamus against the respondents 1 and 2 for recovery of a sum of Rs.59,47,000/- from the 3rd to 5th respondents and freeze their accounts and hand over the same to the petitioner based on his representation dated 06.11.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Petitioner has sent a representation for recovery of money and also for freezing of the accounts of the private Respondent in this case. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Respondents 1 and 2 have already taken steps to freeze the accounts of the private Respondents and a case in Crime No.31 of 2023 is already registered.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
