ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and to take necessary action against the 4th to 6th respondents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2024 and 19.12.2024 within the time limit fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR in Cr.No.5 of 2025, for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 468 and 120(B) has been registered against the private respondents.
