2. Anticipatory bail was granted as per the order in Crl.O.P. (MD).Nos.20440 of 2016 dated 03.11.2016, directing the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners tht the order copy was made ready on 15.11.2016 and it was received by the petitioners on 16.11.2016 and the present application for extension of time is filed before this Court on 03.01.2017 which is out of time. Hence, the petitioners have failed to surrender before the concerned Court within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the cse, this Court is inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, time for compliance is extended for a period of 10 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1200/- (Rupees one thousand and Two Hundred only) to the Legal Services Authority, Ramnad District. sd/- 19/01/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
