2. The facts of this case is covered by the Judgment of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1356 of 2018 batch, dated 20.09.2018. Accordingly, the proceedings is C.C.No.360 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
