Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.793 of 2015 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the defacto complainant,due to pathway dispute, the petitioner has thrown the water bottle to the window of the defacto complainant's house and when the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioner abused filthy language and tried to attack her and the defacto complainant sustained injury on his arm. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents and the injured has already been discharged from the hospital.

5. Considering the submissions, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.
