ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 366(A) and 9, 10, & 11 of the Tamil Nadu Child Marriage Restraining Act, 2006, in Crime No.14 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This is a second application for Anticipatory Bail. The first application for Anticipatory Bail was dismissed as withdrawn, on 13.01.2015.
3. The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner, who is aged about 35 years, has contracted a marriage with the victim, by name, 'X', who is only aged 14 years. Based on the complaint given by the Social Welfare Officer, the First Information Report has been registered against the petitioner.
4. Taking into consideration of the serious allegations against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to him.
