Prayer in CRL A:- Criminal appeal is filed under section 14A(2) of scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989, as amended by Act 1 of 2015, to call for records in CRL MP.NO.858 of2021, on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, dated 12/10/2021 and to set aside the same and enlarge the appellant on bail in Crime no.11 of 2021, on the file of the second respondent police. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this date and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.M.Shakul Hameed, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.R.M.Anbunithi, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD).No.443 of 2021 dated 17.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the conditions regularly and prayed the petition to be allowed.

complying the conditions till now.

4.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD).No.443 of 2021 dated 17.11.2021. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
