ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to enquire and dispose the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.07.2019.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 26.07.2019 before the second respondent alleging that her original document was lost. So far no action has been taken on the said complaint, dated 26.07.2019, by the second respondent.

3. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that so far no complaint has been received from the petitioner till today.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct investigation and consider the same in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
