PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to secure the detenue namely Divya, aged about 27 years, wife of M.Ochchathevar and Minor. Sobika, aged about 5 years, daughter of M.Ochchathevar and produce the body of the detenue before this Court and hand over the detenue to the petitioner.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to secure the detenue namely Divya, aged about 27 years, wife of M.Ochchathevar and Minor Sobika, aged about 5 years, daughter of M.Ochchathevar and produce the body of the detenue before this Court and hand over the detenue to the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that while pending the Criminal Original Petition, the second respondent secured the wife and the minor child of the petitioner and handed over them to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
