ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondent/complainant to file the final report in Crime No.434 of 2022, dated 13.11.2022 on the file of the respondent/complainant within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent Police, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report as mistake of fact. He would further submit that since the petitioner was not available, the R.C.S., notice was pasted on the door of the petitioner's house.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent Police is directed to serve the R.C.S., notice on the petitioner and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Court.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
