ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 323,324 and 307 of IPC in connection with Non Bailable Warrant issued in P.R.C.No.33 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudhram seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in P.R.C.No.33 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudhram. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 08.01.2018. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on next hearing date and to file a recall warrant petition.
