This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to go visit Saudi Ai (Haj-Ummrah) as religious Trip vide Passport bearing Passport No.K2842746 on 09.03.2026 and for other reliefs. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.2 of 2021, which has been charge sheeted in C.C.No.3288 of 2025. 3.Now the petitioner is seeking to travel abroad, for which, the present writ petition is not maintainable. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach the competent Court, where the case in C.C.No. 3288 of 2025 is pending.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
