This criminal original petition has been filed by the defacto complainant for directing the respondent to file the final report. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the defacto complainant is not cooperating with the investigation. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 10.02.2022 at 11.00 am and furnish all the materials. The statement of the defacto complainant will be recorded on the same day. Thereafter, the investigation officer shall file the final report on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter.
