ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 28.02.2019 passed by the third respondent and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to retire peacefully and to sanction the retirement benefits under Contributory Pension Scheme.

2. Both sides present.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is allowed to retire by the proceedings of the third respondent vide Na.Ka.No.A2/1190/2019, dated 24.10.2024 and the copy of the same is furnished to this Court after duly serving the same to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. The third respondent is directed to sanction the retirement benefits under Contributory Pension Scheme to the 2/4

petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
