This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Additional District Court, Tenkasi to dispose of O.S No.150 of 2021. 1/4

2. This Court, vide order dated 10.02.2026, had directed the learned Additional District Judge, Tenkasi, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Tenkasi, had sent a report vide proceedings in D.No.148 of 2026, dated 18.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2021 to till date, which was addressed to the Registrar Judicial of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 565 and the pendency of the suits in the year 2021 is 62.

3. Considering the fact that the present suit is of the year 2021, the learned Additional District Court, Tenkasi, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.150 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
