RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in MP(MD) No. 1 of 2015 in Crl. A(MD) NO. 373 of 2015 dated 01.02.2016 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.BAALASUNDHARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2015 in Crl.A(MD)No.373 of 2015, dated 01.02.2016.

2. The Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court on 01.02.2016, regularly from the month of February 2016 onwards, till date, without fail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly, however, opposed for relaxing the condition fully.

5. In the light of the submissions made on either side and also considering the nature of charges made against the petitioner herein, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, on the first working day of every English Calender month, until further orders.
